01 / Who I am
My name is Yaroslav. I'm a full-stack web developer: I plan, design, code, launch and maintain — on my own.
Every project in this portfolio was built by me alone, from scratch. All of them run in production and earn money for their owners — that is the main metric I judge my work by.
I love problems where product meets engineering: when the job is not just to code a mockup, but to figure out how the site will sell — and carry it all the way to the first payment.
02 / Path
01 — Start
First commercial projects at 18. Working directly with clients: brief, estimate, design, code, deploy, support — all by myself. That's where I learned to speak the language of business results.
0102 — Growth
Product development in a team: processes, code review, scheduled releases, responsibility for other people's money. Freelancer speed, plus an engineer's discipline.
0203 — Now
Came up with a marketplace for buying and selling businesses with company due diligence by tax ID, and wrote all of it myself: the architecture, every feature, every edge case. I lead the product, the code and the growth.
0304 — Next
I take on projects where results matter: a product launch, a store, a service or a website that has to pay for itself. Direct contact, no middlemen.
0403 / Approach
Before opening the editor I figure out how the project will earn: who the customer is, what they buy and what stops them from buying.
Design, frontend, backend, database and server in one pair of hands. Nothing gets lost between contractors, decisions are fast.
SEO, speed, analytics, payments, admin panel, backups — everything a site needs to survive in the real world is built in from day one.
Launch is the beginning. I support, grow and scale the projects I build, and I'm honest about what's worth changing and what isn't.
I hand a model what's easy to verify: boilerplate, tests, drafts. Architecture, security and anything that touches money I decide myself. I read AI-written code like a stranger's pull request: models are confidently wrong and miss edge cases. Client data never goes to cloud models.
04 / Services

Catalog, filters, cart, customer account, payments via SBP, invoice or card acquiring, integrations with accounting and delivery.
Complex products with roles, subscriptions, chats, external APIs and payment logic. Architecture that survives growth.
Payment systems, CRM, 1C, government registries, email, messengers, external APIs — I wire the website into business processes.
I take over existing projects: updates, speed-ups, fixes, new features and regular backups.
Interfaces in Figma, 3D in Blender and Three.js, promo video editing in Premiere Pro, presentation layouts in InDesign.
05 / Stack
Server rendering, App Router, strict typing and interfaces that stay smooth even on budget phones.
APIs, business logic, roles and permissions, admin panels that let clients manage content themselves.
Schemas designed to survive growth: indexes, migrations, reports and careful handling of money.
Design systems, pixel-perfect responsive layouts and motion that looks expensive without hurting performance.
Containers, automated builds and deploys to your own servers — no lock-in to a single platform.
WebGL scenes, shaders, 3D models and promo videos — the things that make a website memorable. Like this one.
Prototypes, interfaces and print. Design and code in one pair of hands means nothing is lost in handoff.
A working tool, not a replacement for an engineer. I spot where a model is wrong or shallow, fix its code and decide what it can be trusted with. I can run models on my own servers.

Manufacturer e-commerce · 2026
Intercept, don't destroy. An online store for counter-drone systems.
A manufacturer of net guns, stationary installations and interceptor drones needed a website that explains a complex technology and sells it at the same time — from private security firms to government buyers — with a catalog, checkout and payment without calling a manager.
Designed and built the store from scratch: a storytelling showcase of how interception works, a catalog organised by mission scale, detailed product pages, cart and checkout with SBP payments or invoices for companies. Content, products and the knowledge base are managed from a CMS.
